A new course on the Cancer Nursing.org website: Wound Management in Cancer and Palliative Care [Новость добавлена - 08.10.2007]

The course has been authored by Wayne Naylor, Nurse Educator - Lecturer (Oncology/Haematology) in the Professional Development Unit at Wellington Hospital, New Zealand and has been developed with the support of an educational grant from Help the Hospices in the UK.

The course provides a comprehensive overview of the skin and wound
problems present in these two large and challenging patient groups and
focuses predominantly on wound management. The course Modules are:

Module 1 : Wound Care Basics
Module 2 : Managing Skin Changes
Module 3 : Managing Specific Wounds
Module 4 : Guide to Wound Dressings
Module 5 : Psychosocial Issues
Module 6 : Conclusion
