Partnering for Children - A National Pediatric Palliative Care and Hospice Awareness Campaign

Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition (CHPCC) has partnered with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) to raise awareness about the unique needs of children with life-threatening conditions and their families. This national awareness campaign called "Partnering for Children" will be announced this week at the NHPCO Clinical team Conference in New Orleans as the CHPCC Board President, Melissa Gilbert delivers the opening keynote address.
