To get started, palliative care colleagues submit their contact information to the Palliative Care Network
website. Colleagues are then encouraged to reach out to others in the directory with whom they may want to communicate or to whom they can be of help.
Once a partnership is established, we encourage participants to occasionally send an e-mail to info@palliativecarenetwork.com with an update that can be published to help inform and inspire other colleagues.
