Summertime in StockholmVenice of the North Stockholm is like no other capital in the world. The northern city of Europe, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, is built on 14 islands connected by 57 bridges, so there is coastline and water everywhere. The beautiful buildings, the greenery, the fresh air and the proximity to the water are distinctive traits of this city. "White Nights" in Stockholm In June and July, the days are long in Northern Europe. The sun does not go under the horizon deep enough for the sky to get dark. It is really special to experience the fascinating "White Nights". The brightest night, when dusk meets dawn in Stockholm is on the night of 20-21. June. What could be more special than walking along the streets of Stockholm when the night is as bright as early evening? The downtown is full of people, even at night. It is a great time for those who love to enjoy life outside. It is so bright, that during this period, you can turn the night into day.
